Day-1: PICK-UP

Pick-up form New Delhi Railway Station / Airport / Hotel  (In Morning) & proceed to Agra by road which is around 220 Kms away & approx. 05 hrs drive by car. Enroute enjoy the magnificent view of lush greenery & nature.

ON ARRIVAL

After reaching Agra which is located in state of Uttar Pradesh is famous for world heritage site “Taj Mahal”, our guide will brief you about the history of Agra & Taj Mahal which will help you to understand the historic importance of it. After briefing our guide will take you the escorted tour of Taj Mahal which was built by Mughal emperor Shah Jahan in memory of his beloved wife, Mumtaz Mahal.

After visiting Taj Mahal, proceed to visit Agra Fort, it is also a majestic monument built of red stone & is a historical fort in the city. It was the main residence of the emperors of the Mughal Dynasty until 1638, when the capital was shifted from Agra to Delhi. The Agra fort can be more accurately described as a walled city.

Also visit tomb of Itmad-ul-Daulah is a Mughal mausoleum in the city of Agra.  Thismausoleum was commissioned by Noor Jahan the wife of Jahangrir, for her father MirzaGhiyas Beg, originally a Persian Amir in exile, who had been given the title of I’timād-ud- Daulah (pillar of the state). MirzāGhiyās Beg was also the grandfather of MumtajMahal (originally named ArjūmandBāno, daughter of AsafKhān), the wife of the  emperor Shah Jahan, responsible for the construction of the Tāj Mahal. Nur Jahan was also responsible for the construction of the Tomb Of Jehangir in Lahore.

RETURN BACK TO DELHI

After enjoying your day at Agra, you will be brought back to Delhi for a drop at Airport / Railway Station / Hotel. Our Tour Ends here with sweet memories.
